Charism and Motivation for Justice Actions
LAMP: A Sponsored Ministry of the Sisters of the Holy Family Mission Statement: "Believing that together we can be light in the darkness, South Cenral L.A.M.P. provides a supportive, nurturing presence in the everyday lives of women and their families. We develop programs that strengthen mutual interdependent relationships and foster self-esteem."
JOLT: Justice Organizers Leadership Treasurers Jolt is a coalition of faith based organizations who promote economic justice through investments, education, and action. JOLT members address issues of corporate social accountability through investment screens, proxy voting and dialogue/shareholder action with portfolio companies and direct capital (at below-market rates of return) to community-based initiates that benefit underserved persons and communities.
